Connection and community and love are topics I am drawn to, and the words enter my conversation on a daily basis. My conversations over the last 2 months as I travel turn towards this. Whether people are full or lacking, the energy goes to this space.
Sometimes it is talked about aloud and other times the conversation may change but I get the feeling from many communities, that friendships and get together are not as commonplace as they once were.
Walking the streets of NYC, I feel it in the streets. I feel it in the way people move. Maybe this is the scars of the pandemic, the pandemic that is not over. (Note-Yesterday I had someone tell me once again there had been no pandemic. It was all about making money. Reality and truth are on shaky ground everywhere.)
It does appear the fun police are on patrol. Of course, it may just be the demographic I am visiting and loving up, but people have settled into a groove. Settling into a groove is not a bad thing unless the needle gets stuck in it.
Stuck is something else.
We all get that way sometimes. Of course, for others, it may be the human machine holding you back or changing the dimension you have to live in.
I still think there is a choice and believe in the mantra never stop learning or being able to be taught. There is so much to learn and do and experience.

‘‘Oh I would go
Oh anywhere
I would do
Almost anything
Anyway
I would do
Most anything
Oh, anyway
Anyhow”
