Back in late September, this war-mongering alcoholic (above) had this to say:

The Department of Defense’s Law of War Manual forbids the killing of shipwrecked personnel or targeting enemy combatants who have surrendered or are unable to fight.
The murder of the two so-called narco-terrorists on September 2nd 2025, under the watch of this lost little warrior-boy, is a war crime. If not, it is plain MURDER.
In question is the legality of targeting and killing civilians. I am pretty sure this is not legal and labelling them ‘terrorists’ is a damn stretch.
Back before there was murder on the high seas, boats would be intercepted, boarded, and the US Coast Guard and the US and British Navy would arrest those involved and destroy the boat.
Is America heading into a drug war like the one that took place in the Philippines? President Duterte wanted the proliferation of drugs to stop. Between 2016 and 2022, 12-30,000 civilians were killed in the anti-drug crusade. President Duterte used this to kill innocent people and he paid the police for killings. Duterte urged citizens, the public, to kill drug users and dealers.
Does America want a militia on the streets….oh, right, that is already taking place with ICE.
The Philippines changed Presidents in 2022, and the killing fields of possible drug users/dealers stopped under Bongbong Marcos. He insisted that “killing is not the solution in the drug war” and that drug lords should be arrested while communities affected by the illegal drug trade should be developed instead. Civilians should not be killed.

From the start, in 2016, Duterte had allegedly carried out a campaign not to eliminate the illegal drug menace but to wipe out a rival drug cartel based on false information, fabricated evidence, and staged executions.

My thoughts have been drifting to this same sort of idea in Latin and South America. Thinking back to the days of Oliver North and the CIA working to overthrow the Sandinistas and how the CIA was invovled with cocaine trafficking. The conspiracy theory back then was that they lit the fuse for crack cocaine in the ghettos of the USA.

Which leads me to today. Donald is a convicted felon. He appears to be a criminal. He has just pardoned a ‘friend’, Juan Orlando Hernández, former Presidente of Honduras. He had been involved with shipping hundreds of tonnes on the cocaine superhighway between Latin America and the USA.
My theory is that besides regime change in Venezuela, the Orange Pulp Face is friendly with certain cartels and is pulling in money from the illegal drug trade. Of course, all of this is conjecture, and I have no proof of this.

Rodrigo Duterte was arrested in March of this year. He is facing charges of crimes against humanity. Due to his own fentanyl addiction and other issues, his trial has been delayed due to his declining cognitive abilities. He be fucked up and 80.
Duterte remains in detention at the International Criminal Court in The Hague.
We can only hope that we see the Bloated Orange Murderer in an pumpkin jumpsuit someday soon.
