Here we are cowboys and cowgirls with the third letter of the alphabet.
This is a project that will go on until I stop going to gigs and I hope I get to the letter “Z” before I grow too old.
And you can say ZED or ZEE, I certainly do.
The playlist has a bunch of artists that are on this page, I would say play it from start to finish when you have 5 hours to delve into this letter. It’s an earful of stuff.

Commander Cody, The Counting Crows, The Climax Blues Band and Crowded House are some of the “C” artists I have seen multiple times. Commander Cody and His Lost Planet Airmen I have written about before. They taught me a whole lot of things, but they never taught me how to have too much fun!
The Climax Blues Band I saw a number of times at The Academy Of Music in New York in the 70’s. Crowded House I have probably seen at least 7 times and the Counting Crows is at about a 1/2 dozen.
Charlie Musselwhite is the dude. If you don’t know his harmonica playing and music and you love the blues, I would do a deep dive. I was interviewing Luther Dickinson, from the North Mississippi Allstars and he said, “ I love Charlie. He is one of the few people I know who can bring up Owsley and Muddy Waters in the same sentence.”
