Spring is in the air. As we follow the meteorological time frame for Spring, it will commence on 1 September here down under.

I look forward to the warmer weather, the flowers, and the re-growth.

We just had some huge protests around the genocide in Gaza, which was fabulous to see, with millions of the Australian public voicing their concern for the murder and famine taking place there.

These protests on 31 August come under the banner of MARCH FOR AUSTRALIA.

Please bear in mind that this is not a march for our country. This is a right-wing hodge podge of sovereign citizens, anti-vaxers, loonies, and of course, RACISTS.

Just this week we had a sovereign citizen shoot and kill 2 Victorian Police officers in Porepunkah.

Can you feel racism being ratcheted up?

I would feel filled with fear to be out on the streets that day if I were a person of colour. We all have to make our voices heard and show our faces and be out in larger numbers than these fools.

It won’t take much.

We saw racism all come into a fine focus when the Voice To Parliament Referendum was defeated on October 14^th, 2023. We, as a nation, could not even recognise the original owners of this land.

Now this group of right-wing Nazi’s wants to mirror what is happening in many countries around the world. Close the borders, keep out the non-white and fuck the culture that was here for over 65,000 years.

White-European culture is the only one, right? Fuck off.

If your feet are not sore and you can make the time, PLEASE, get out on the last day of Winter and show your support….not for this RACIST MARCH….but join a counter protest so we can show the world that we are not sliding deeper and deeper into a right-wing Christian country.

Utilize your internet skills to find counter-protests online or on Facebook. Or just show up where the protest is being held in your city and hook up with the people who have not been infected with this horrible disease.

They will be easy to find as they won’t be wearing masks.

But it is scary….one of the organisers of the Sydney March For Australia said this on radio 2GB this week:
“We need violence, I’m sorry, but we need f**king violence,” she is heard saying.

“We’ve done peaceful, peaceful hasn’t done s**t. I don’t think that anything significant is going to change unless something like that does happen again. Until we stand up and do something like that day I think it’s just going to be repeating.”

And then you have morons like this guy who produce content to spread the word, even though he is not an ‘organiser’. I am sure most of the organisers will be masked as will many of the participants.

Some people say we should just ignore the right-wing idiots and ignore the march.

Look, right-wing nut jobs are coming to power around the globe. From El Salvador to the USA and many more in between, this menace continues. We do not want it here.

Please, if you have the time, make some noise. Go out and hold a banner and yell at these people.
